Each firm gets a hosted enquiry page with a CAPTCHA, or a one-line embed for your own website. Enquiries land in one Leads inbox, repeats are flagged as duplicates, and new enquiries get an automatic reply you word yourself. Phone and walk-in leads are added by hand.

Create a private address per source and let a provider post leads to it. Reallymoving leads have their own reader. Pinlocal, Compare My Move, Getamover, TriGlobal and your own systems work if they can send JSON.

Surveys On A Phone
Survey room by room on a phone or tablet from an item list you can edit, with volume in cubic metres, fragile flags, dismantle and wrap actions and photos. Email the customer a PDF of what was surveyed, with no prices.
Works without signal on Starter and above
Estimates And E-Signed Contracts
Send an itemised estimate from your own service list, with optional lines the customer can tick. They accept online with a drawn or typed signature, and both sides get a signed PDF with a SHA-256 hash. Customers who decline give a reason.
Job Pipeline, Board And List
Move each job through stages you define: switch stages off, rename them and recolour them. See the work as a board or a list. Jobs can be Home, Office, Part load, International or Storage only, and each has a readable reference such as JOB-000123.
Diary, Crew And Vehicles
A diary with clash checks, so a person or vehicle is never booked twice in the same window. Holidays and vehicle off-road days block the day. Vehicles carry MOT, service, insurance and tax reminders, with daily walk-around checks on Starter and above.

Job Sheets And Customer Signature
Crew open a job sheet on a phone with only the sections you choose and no prices. They record arrived, loaded, delivered and done times, tick items, note damage, take photos, add extras and collect the customer signature. A signed copy is emailed to the customer.
Job Costing, Satisfaction And Reports
Cost each job from crew hours, vehicles, mileage and materials against the quoted price. Reports show pipeline conversion, profit per job, days booked, crew hours and lost-work reasons. After the job an emailed link collects a 1 to 5 score and a comment.

Let customers book a unit online, take payment, bill on schedule and keep every unit, movement and notice on record.
Booking Pages
A public page for your firm, with a booking flow for each storage type showing size and price. Units are held while the customer pays. Choose pay in full, deposit or subscription per storage type, and show insurance wording the customer must acknowledge.
Units And Warehouses
Units carry a size, a storage type and one of seven statuses, and a cleaning queue returns a cleaned unit to available. Run one warehouse on Starter, up to five on Pro or as many as you need on Enterprise.
Payments And Recurring Billing
Connect Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal, Square or SumUp under your own account. Stripe and GoCardless also handle recurring payments and direct debit. Staff can record bank transfer, cash and card terminal payments, and overdue invoices get payment reminders.
Invoices, VAT And Exports
Invoices carry VAT by line, with pro-rata rate changes and credit notes. Trust Your Move keeps digital VAT records and prepares the nine-box VAT return for you and your accountant to review, with CSV and MTD JSON exports for bridging software. Direct submission to HMRC is rolling out, subject to HMRC approval of the software and a connection to your own HMRC account. Income Tax quarterly updates are being prepared; HMRC is not currently issuing production access for new quarterly-update software for 2026-27. The Xero, QuickBooks and Sage routes are CSV files, not live connections.
Access Codes And Movements
Keep code, key and fob records encrypted, revealed only as an audited action and never sent to customers. Log goods in, goods out and transfers between warehouses for every unit, and export them as CSV.
Abandoned Goods
Tools to run the Torts Act process for unpaid storage, with a recorded trail. A notice counts once you record the tracking number and posting date, and the sale date is at least three calendar months out. This is not legal advice, so take your own.

Removals and storage share one client record and one invoice run. The client profile gathers jobs, bookings, estimates, documents, emails and satisfaction in one place, and every staff page that names a client links to it. Readable references such as CL-000042 make searching easy.
Client Portal And My Move
Customers follow their move: stage, booked days, addresses, volume and the signed job sheet copy. They also see storage bookings, invoices, statements, appointments and notifications. Internal notes and costs are never shown.
Custom Roles And Permissions
Eighteen starting roles, including Manager, Estimator, Accounts, Foreman and Porter. Crew never see money, and surveyors see only their assigned records. Named custom roles and data scope, which limits people to their own records, are on Pro and Enterprise.

UK GDPR Tools
A subject access export as JSON and an erasure action that anonymises the client. Erasure is blocked while live bookings, unpaid invoices, open estimates or open jobs exist. Invoices are kept for six years, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log on every plan.
API And Webhooks
Scoped keys read inventory, availability, bookings, invoices, leads and jobs, and can create booking holds. Leads and jobs are read-only. Signed webhooks report bookings, invoices, units, new leads and job changes, with retries.

Serve your booking page, estimate links and payment pages from your own address, such as storage.yourcompany.co.uk, by adding one DNS record and pressing Verify.
