Billed monthly by card through Stripe Billing. Subscribe during the trial and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Cancel any time from your subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Pricing Questions
- Is VAT added to the plan price?
- Yes. Plan prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the standard rate is added on your Trust Your Move invoice, which Stripe Billing issues each month.
- Which plan does a removals firm need?
- Starter covers the whole removals job: enquiries, surveys, estimates, the job pipeline, diary, job sheets and 3 vehicles. Pro adds job costing, lead provider feeds, the crew and vehicle resources grid, 15 vehicles and up to 5 depots.
- Do I pay more if I run removals and storage together?
- No. One plan covers both. At sign-up you choose storage, removals or both, and that only switches the matching menus on or off. You can change it later in Settings.
- Is there a limit on removal jobs?
- Only on the trial, which is a preview of removals with up to 10 jobs created a month. Starter, Pro and Enterprise have no monthly limit on jobs or estimates.
- What does the free trial include?
- The 14-day trial covers removals and storage with smaller limits: up to 25 units, 2 office users, 2 crew logins, one warehouse, 3 vehicles, 10 removal jobs a month, 20 estimates a month and one payment gateway on your own keys in test mode. Offline surveys, daily vehicle checks and live own-key payments start on Starter.
- If I subscribe during the trial, when am I charged?
- On the day your trial ends. You get the plan you chose straight away, and the first payment is taken on the trial end date. If fewer than two days of the trial are left, the first payment is taken when you subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If you have not chosen a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can see all your records, but you cannot make changes and your booking page stops taking bookings. 30 days later the account is suspended. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan switches everything back on.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the billing period is added to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, and only once you are within the new plan’s limits; the page tells you exactly what to reduce first.
- What if my usage is over a plan’s limits?
- Nothing is ever deleted. You cannot add more of that item until you are back within the limit or upgrade. On a plan with fewer warehouses, only your oldest warehouses stay editable. Features the plan does not include, such as webhooks, the custom domain and the partner API, switch off, and invitations beyond your user limit are cancelled.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Stripe retries the payment and we let you know. Everything keeps working for 7 days. After that the account is read-only until the payment is made, and then everything switches straight back on.
- How does cancelling work?
- Cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then for 14 more days. After that the account is suspended: staff can still reach Subscription and their own security settings, the owner can still download the firm’s data, and your customers can still view and pay their invoices in the portal.
- Are there transaction, per-booking or per-job fees from Trust Your Move?
- No. Trust Your Move charges only the monthly plan. Stripe and the other payment providers charge their own fees on payments your clients make to you, under your own account with them.
